Jabez Bichons is located south of Grand Rapids, Michigan in the sweet sensations of country on 6 acres, where our dogs enjoy the fresh air of the seasons surrounded by ponds and wildlife. My daughters and I have been involved in service dog training, obedience, agility, and conformation since we fell in love with the Bichon Frise 12 years ago.
The first Bichons who came into our family were Knight and Faith, one of which we finished at a young age in 2002 and currently is placed with a family here in Michigan. The other, Faith, is a loving pet, companion, and therapy dog.
We have developed a passion for the breed and preserving the quality, health, and type we desire in the Bichon. We started researching and studying the breed standard and the health issues concerning the breed. For more information see www.bichon.org the Bichon Frise National Club website. We spent countless hours with local reputable breeders and finally purchased our foundation bitch “Sassy” 5 years ago. We’ve attended many seminars and spent countless trips attending breeding seminars and working with some of the top obedience trainers. Krystle is now traveling with top handlers and by herself finishing and training dogs. If you have any questions you can contact us at info@jabezbichons.com or 616-262-2589 or 616-307-0088.
This website should introduce you to our family and educate you about the Bichon Frise history and health.
